WVSR INC,
subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein,
warrants their pressure treated West Virginia Split Rail pine
posts to be free from natural attrition due to decomposition for
the lifetime to the original owner with proof of purchase.
This warranty is not transferable.
This
warranty is the sole obligation of WVSR, INC. If the
pressure treated West Virginia Split Rail pine post is defective
due to decomposition, WVSR has the option to replace, free of
charge, any such product or to reimburse claimant for the
original purchase price. WVSR, INC, shall in no event be
liable for the expenses or charges in connection with shipping,
installing or otherwise working with the original or replacement
product.
WVSR, INC. shall have no liability, under this warranty, for
defects caused by abuse, improper installation or improper use;
nor does this warranty apply to the natural tendency of some
wood to check, twist or discolor.
WVSR, INC. reserves the right to discontinue or modify the
pressure treated West Virginia Split rail pine post, however the
warranty remains in effect.
This
warranty shall not cover any incidental damage of any kind to
persons, property or livestock. Notices of claim must be
